Planning a wedding comes with a lot of moving pieces, and choosing the right photographer is an important part of preserving those once-in-a-lifetime memories. I believe your photography experience should feel exciting, seamless, and stress-free from beginning to end.
This page is here to guide you through what working together looks like and help you better understand what to expect throughout the process. From our first conversation to officially securing your date, my goal is to make sure you feel informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way.

###STEP 1: BOOK A MEETING
This is the very first step in our Journey. Your wedding day is one of the most meaningful moments of your life, and choosing the right photographer is an important decision. Because of this, I believe it’s essential that we take the time to connect before moving forward to make sure we’re the right fit for one another and fully aligned on your vision for the day.
During our meeting, we’ll get to know each other a little better, talk about your wedding plans, vision, and important details surrounding your day. We’ll also go over my photography style, services, packages, pricing, and what the overall process looks like when working together.
This meeting is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have and make sure my approach, personality, and style feel like the right fit for your special day. My goal is to create an experience where you feel comfortable, confident, and excited moving forward.
### STEP 2: Secure your wedding date
Once we’ve had the opportunity to meet and decide we’re a great fit for one another, the next step is officially securing your wedding date.
To reserve your date, a signed photography agreement/contract and a 50% retainer will be required. The retainer officially secures your wedding date on my calendar and ensures that I am exclusively reserved for your special day.
The contract is designed to clearly outline coverage, services, expectations, and important details so that everything is transparent and we are both aligned moving forward. This step helps create a smooth and stress-free experience, ensuring everyone is on the same page from the very beginning.
Once the contract has been signed and the retainer has been received, your date will be officially secured, and we can begin preparing for all the exciting details ahead!
###STEP 3 : Coordination & Planning
Once your wedding date has been officially secured, the fun begins! This stage covers everything from the moment you book until your wedding day, and my goal is to make the process feel as smooth, organized, and stress-free as possible.
Throughout this time, we’ll stay in touch to coordinate important details, answer any questions, and make sure everything is coming together seamlessly. As your wedding day approaches, we’ll discuss timelines, locations, important moments, family dynamics, special requests, and anything else that will help me best capture your day.
If needed, I’ll also coordinate with wedding planners, venues, and other vendors to ensure everyone is aligned and that photography flows smoothly within your schedule. Whether you need guidance, recommendations, or simply someone to help think through logistics, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
If your package includes an engagement or couples session, or if you’re interested in adding one, this is the time where we’ll begin planning and scheduling it. We’ll go over location ideas, timing, outfits, and your overall vision to create a session that feels authentic to you both. This is also a wonderful opportunity for us to get comfortable working together before the wedding day and capture beautiful memories during this exciting season of your lives.
My goal during this stage is to make sure you feel prepared, comfortable, and confident knowing everything is being thoughtfully planned leading up to your wedding day.
### Step 4: Wedding Day
Finally — the day you’ve been waiting for is here!
After all the planning, preparation, and excitement, your wedding day is where everything comes together. This is the moment where your vision, emotions, and all the meaningful details you’ve carefully planned begin to unfold, and my role is to capture it all as authentically and beautifully as possible.
From the quiet, emotional moments while getting ready to the excitement of the ceremony, celebrations, and everything in between, I’ll be there documenting your day with care and intention. My goal is to help things feel natural, organized, and stress-free so you can focus on what truly matters — being fully present and enjoying every moment.
By this stage, we’ll have already built a connection, coordinated the important details, and created a plan that allows everything to flow smoothly. This is where everything comes together, and all the preparation leading up to your wedding day truly pays off.
Now it’s time to celebrate, make memories, and enjoy one of the most meaningful days of your lives while I capture the moments you’ll cherish for years to come.
### Step 5:
Client delivery
The celebration may be over, but the memories are just beginning!
After your wedding day, I’ll carefully begin the editing process to ensure your images beautifully reflect the emotions, details, and meaningful moments that made your day so special.
To help you relive the excitement, you will receive a **sneak peek gallery within 72 hours** featuring some of the main moments from your wedding day — perfect for sharing with family, friends, and on social media while the excitement is still fresh!
From there, I’ll continue carefully curating and editing your full wedding gallery with attention to detail and consistency in style. Please allow **up to 8 weeks** for your final wedding gallery to be delivered. While many galleries may be completed sooner, I believe your memories deserve the time and attention needed to ensure every image is carefully curated and beautifully edited.
Once your final gallery has been delivered, I kindly ask that you download and save your images at your earliest convenience. Your online gallery will remain available for a period of time; however, it will eventually expire. To ensure your memories are safely preserved, I highly recommend downloading your gallery promptly and creating backups in multiple locations such as a computer, external hard drive, or cloud storage.
My goal is to deliver a gallery that not only tells the story of your wedding day but allows you to relive those moments and cherish them for years to come.
